OUR MISSION
The mission of the Ogemaw County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) is to support, promote, enhance and sustain economic development throughout the county.

Ogemaw County is located in the north-central Lower Peninsula of Michigan. The county covers an area of 367,749 acres and consists of fourteen townships, one village, and two cities. The county seat is located in the City of West Branch.
Ogemaw County is an attractive place for business development. Interstate 75 is the major route to northern Michigan. I-75 travels directly through Ogemaw County and makes the community an attractive place for retail business, industry, and commerce. Approximately 10,100 vehicles travel on the interstate bypass (Cook Road) every day.
